House of Chikankari is a rapid-growing Indian fashion brand built around craftsmanship, modern Indian design, and a strong digital-first community.

We are looking for a Revenue Head / Growth Head to build and scale House of Chikankari towards ₹100 Cr+ in digital revenue.

This is a high-ownership business leadership role where you will own the digital P&L; and overall growth engine across D2C, marketplaces, performance marketing, and CRM.

What You Will Own
• Own the overall digital revenue, P&L;, and growth strategy
• Scale D2C and marketplace businesses profitably
• Own revenue forecasting, budgets, AOP, and commercial planning
• Drive key growth metrics including CVR, AOV, CAC, MER/ROAS, and repeat revenue
• Lead the D2C, Marketplace, Performance Marketing, and CRM teams
• Partner closely with Merchandising to identify which products to scale, push, optimise, or clear
• Build a data-led SKU and channel prioritisation engine




• Identify growth opportunities and make clear double-down / fix / stop decisions
• Build and lead a high-performing digital commerce organisation
• Create a scalable growth roadmap to take the business from approximately ₹5 Cr/month to ₹100 Cr+ annual digital revenue

Who We Are Looking For
• 10-14 years of relevant experience
• Ideally, experience scaling a ₹50 Cr+ digital business
• Strong exposure to fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or other high-SKU consumer categories
• Strong commercial and analytical orientation with experience owning growth and profitability
• Proven experience building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams
