The Infrastructure Project Coordinator is a centralized resources to support both in an administrative and project specific support role. They will ensure on-time reporting and updates, as well as deliver data visualization and dashboard in PowerBI/ServiceNow or other tools as needed. They will be responsible for ensuring PMO governance metrics are up to date. Additionally, they will be responsible for any centralized management of orders, invoices,



resource onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed. Along with all centralized roles in in our PMO they will be expected to contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders as needed
• Support project management team in creation of presentations and maintenance of tracking sheets
• Provide centralized order placement on behalf of PMs and project owners
• Track and engage vendors as well as accounting team on invoicing issues
• Provide centralized resource onboarding and maintenance for large scale projects
• Develop and maintain tooling to manage and report upon centralized PMO including resource management
• Develop and maintain project management dashboards
