What You’ll Do

Lead engineering teams building near-real-time data replication capabilities that provide disaster recovery protection for large enterprise customers with demanding near-zero Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) requirements.

In this role, you will own the engineering strategy, execution, and people leadership for mission-critical replication and high-availability features that protect enterprise data platforms from outages, site failures, and operational disruptions.



You will lead geographically distributed teams responsible for designing and delivering scalable, robust, and high-performance enterprise software in C/C++.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader with a robust technical background, sound architectural judgment, and proven experience delivering complex product capabilities for enterprise customers.

This role reports to a Director of Engineering responsible for data security and data protection capabilities.
