Role: Partnerships & Alliances Co-lending

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Alliances professional to drive strategic relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and other financial institutions. The role will focus on developing and managing lending partnerships, with an emphasis on co-lending, SME lending, and Supply Chain Finance.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and Financial Institutions.
• Drive the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from partner identification and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and execution.
• Lead commercial discussions, partnership structuring, and agreement finalization.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive regular business reviews with lending partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Business, Operations, Product, and Technology for seamless partner onboarding and execution.
• Drive process alignment, technology integrations,



and ongoing governance with partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand the lending ecosystem and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve business volumes, efficiency, and partner experience.

Key Requirements
• MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Relevant experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Lending is preferred.
• Robust understanding of co-lending, lending partnerships, SME lending, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and execution skills.
• Ability to independently manage partnerships from origination through ongoing relationship management
• Experience in consumer, fintech, loyalty
