?Hiring: Accounts Executive | FMCG / Manufacturing

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team and handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations for our growing FMCG business.

?Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Zoho Books / ERP.
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Vendor invoice booking and vendor reconciliation.
• Customer invoicing and customer ledger reconciliation.
• Bank reconciliation and accounting of receipts/payments.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance workings.
• Reconciliation of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy/Instamart and other sales channels.
• Coordinate with the factory, vendors, customers and internal teams.

?Ideal Candidate:

• B.Com / Graduate in Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in FMCG / Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting, GST and TDS.




• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Tally / other accounting ERP.
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

?Work Location: Bengaluru – Factory Premises (ATB Warehouse park, Begur)
⚠️This is a factory-based role. The selected candidate is required to work from the factory premises and should be comfortable with the work location.
