G Cube Studios is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Interior Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, managing the sales team and overseeing the complete sales cycle. The role requires solid expertise in interior sales, client relationship management, lead conversion, sales forecasting and cross-functional coordination with design and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Management & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve lead conversion.
• Ensure a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day, a 20% successful call-to-prospect ratio and at least 8 client meetings per month.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue forecasts and booking targets.
• Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.

2. Sales Planning & Reporting
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales plans, revenue forecasts, daily calling trackers and monthly and quarterly performance reports.




• Maintain daily calling sheets, individual sales trackers, prospect sheets and monthly strategy sheets.
• Review sales performance and update the monthly strategy sheet at the beginning of each week.
• Monitor daily prospect follow-ups and weekly sales pipelines to achieve targeted client visits and bookings.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.

3. Client Relationship Management & Sales Conversion
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to project booking and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximise conversions and referrals.
• Conduct virtual consultations, present mood boards and design concepts, and encourage clients to visit the experience centre.
• Present space plans, explain quotations and negotiate with clients to facilitate project closures.
