Job Title: Brand Manager – International

Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Brand Manager – International to drive brand-building across new and existing international markets, from market-entry strategy to day-to-day social media communication. The role will ensure the brand is effectively localized for each market while maintaining consistency with the overall global brand direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own regional social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and other market-relevant platforms, managing content calendars, posting cadence, and community engagement.
• Develop and localize content based on market-specific language, culture, consumer behavior, and platform trends rather than directly translating domestic content.
• Manage in-market influencer and creator partnerships, including identification, execution, and ongoing coordination.
• Track market-wise brand health and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.




• Capture and communicate local consumer and market insights to the Product/NPD team to support market-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with in-market distributors and platform partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the domestic brand team to maintain global brand consistency while enabling relevant local adaptation.
Preferred Skills & Know-how:
• Strong understanding of International Brand Building, Social Media, Content Strategy, and Influencer Marketing.
• Experience in localizing brand communication across different markets, cultures, and platforms.
• Robust understanding of Instagram, TikTok, regional social platforms, and digital consumer behavior.
• Ability to analyse brand health, campaign performance, and market insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across international partners and domestic teams.
