The RoleWe are looking for a Consultant in Internal Medicine & Critical Care to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, with a key focus on the diagnosis and management of adult medical conditions and critically ill patients.
The role will include:
• Comprehensive clinical assessment and management of adult medical patients
• Diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of a broad range of medical conditions
• Management and stabilisation of emergency and critically ill patients
• Ordering and interpretation of diagnostic investigations




• Clinical rounds and coordination of multidisciplinary patient care
• Supervision of ICU and step-down/high-dependency units
• Development and implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols
• Ensuring adherence to quality, safety and infection-control standards
• Training and mentoring junior doctors, residents and clinical staff
• Participation in clinical audits and hospital committees

Qualifications• MBBS with MD/DNB in Internal Medicine or equivalent recognised qualification
• Formal training/fellowship in Critical Care Medicine preferred
• Strong clinical expertise in Internal Medicine with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions
• Advanced skills in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in training and mentoring junior doctors and clinical staff
• Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in Goa
