Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech)
• 2-5 years of experience in Project/Program Management/PMO/Planning roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder and CFT management skills (Global stakeholder management would be an added advantage).
• Aerospace industry experience is mandatory (OEM or Tier-1 Supplier) (Either working in the client project as a consultant or as a PM in the supplier side)
• Proven experience in driving program governance, planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and actions

Candidates should have experience in managing programs within one or more of the following areas:
• NPI (New product Introduction)
• Manufacturing or Industrialization
