About The Role

This is the role that makes our promise real. You'll sample and score recorded calls against a conduct rubric, flag risk, and feed findings back into agent coaching — building the audit trail our clients' risk committees rely on.

What you'll do

• Score sampled calls daily against a defined conduct rubric
• Flag breaches of calling policy, disclosure or RBI norms
• Maintain clean, client-ready audit documentation
• Spot patterns and recommend script or process fixes
• Support client and regulatory audits with evidence, fast

What we're looking for

li]:list-disc">

• 2+ years in QA, audit, or compliance — collections or BFSI preferred
• Sharp ear for tone, escalation risk and disclosure gaps
• Meticulous documentation habits
• Familiarity with the RBI Fair Practices Code is a strong plus
