Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales / Telesales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services accordingly.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Experience selling products or services is required.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Solid follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Candidates who are comfortable with outbound calling .
