The role
This is the seat next to the founders. You'll work on whatever moves the company this week — booking demos with TA heads one day, onboarding a client and training their recruiters the next, running a WhatsApp campaign, writing a pricing doc, chasing a contract. Half the job is finding current clients; the other half is making the ones we have successful. You'll see how a startup actually gets built, from the inside, with real accounts and real numbers attached to your name.

What you'll do
• Build target lists in Apollo against our ICP — staffing firms, IT services, GCCs, enterprise hiring teams — and work them: cold calls, email sequences, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach.
• Book and sit in on demos with the founders; run the follow-ups, pricing docs and contract chase yourself.
• Plan and execute GTM campaigns around launches, events and hiring seasons.
• Keep the HubSpot pipeline honest: every lead staged, every follow-up done.
• Own onboarding: account setup, first campaign, first report, first win in two weeks.
• Run platform training for recruiters and TA teams,



live and recorded.
• Capture client requirements, write them clearly, hand them to product in Jira, and close the loop when they ship.
• Watch how clients use the product, log UI/UX friction, push fixes with evidence.
• Manage pilots and POCs to a clear yes/no; spot expansion (more credits, HireFlow, AI Interviews) and make the ask.
• Turn founder conversations into tracked action items and chase them to done.
• Prepare investor, partner and event material when needed.
• Use AI tools by default — Claude / ChatGPT, Apollo AI, HubSpot automation, AI meeting notes — so you do the work of three people, not one.
• Report weekly: pipeline, demos, onboarding status, renewals, what's stuck.

What we're looking for
• 0–3 years in sales, customer success, consulting, founder's office or a startup generalist role. Freshers with real internship or campus-venture experience welcome.
