About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised Digital Merchandiser with hands-on experience managing both Amazon and international TikTok Shop accounts for consumer brands.
You’ll maintain product pages, storefronts and ecommerce creative, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and ready for launches and campaigns. Working closely with Marketing, Creative and external design partners, you’ll own content updates, asset coordination and quality checks.
International TikTok Shop experience is essential. India-based candidates must have supported brands or clients selling through TikTok Shop in markets such as the UK or US.
Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day content and digital merchandising across Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Maintain product titles, descriptions, bullets, imagery, attributes and approved claims.
• Upload and update Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores and TikTok Shop product listings.
• Coordinate product launches and campaign updates, ensuring content is approved and published on time.




• Brief designers and external creative partners on product imagery, storefront content and advertising assets.
• Provide constructive feedback on copy and creative to improve clarity, brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Own asset libraries, content trackers, version control and approval timelines.
• Check content before and after publication and resolve missing, outdated or incorrect information.
• Support content and creative A/B testing across both platforms.
• Consolidate monthly creative performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative and ecommerce teams across multiple products and deadlines.

Essential Requirements• 3–6 years of relevant ecommerce, digital merchandising or marketplace content experience.
• Hands-on experience with both Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and international TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Experience personally publishing
