and business objectives are aligned through a structured governance framework that delivers measurable outcomes while balancing stakeholder, workforce, and operational needs.

JOB PURPOSE

The Head of Site Management is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling the bank's Bangalore ODCs, which consist of a large number of IT resources from multiple vendor partners operating across two facilities. The role combines strategic planning, operational leadership, vendor governance, and offshore workforce management to ensure effective, high-quality service delivery aligned with the bank's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all ODC operations across multiple Bangalore facilities.
• Act as the neutral governance lead for all vendors operating within the same ODC campus.
• Establish and enforce common workplace rules, policies, and vendor cooperation guidelines.
• Chair governance
