Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven account executive to own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closure. You will engage salon owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, conduct product demos, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close new business.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the sales cycle from discovery and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closure.
• Engage salon owners and decision-makers to understand business needs and pain points.




• Conduct effective Zylu product demos and communicate explicit business value.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, fit, urgency, authority, and budget.
• Manage follow-ups across calls, WhatsApp, and email to move opportunities forward.
• Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline, next steps, and sales forecasts.
• Work with marketing on lead quality and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth post-sale handover.
• Identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong discovery, consultative selling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
