Senior Professional Consultant AI, Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled application components with Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, including RAG patterns, grounding strategies, and safe prompt designs.
• Design and implement Copilot solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational flows, prompt engineering, orchestration logic, plugins/actions, and required integrations.
• Develop backend services and extensibility components (APIs, custom connectors, automation) using JavaScript/TypeScript, C#,



or Python; integrate with Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Logic Apps, and M365 extensibility (e.g., Teams).
• Apply cloud-native and event-driven patterns—stateless services, scalability, environment separation, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Azure Event Hubs).
• Deliver secure, end-to-end solutions covering authentication, authorization (Entra ID/RBAC/managed identities), environment strategies, lifecycle governance, and compliance with corporate data protection policies.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD for Copilot and AI assets: Git-based workflows, versioning, automated testing, GitHub Action pipelines, and environment promotion/release management.
• Implement monitoring, telemetry, analytics, and performance optimization using Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Power BI, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
