Role Description: The Sr. Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the complete inside sales cycle.

Research and identify target insurance companies, corporates and key decision-makers in the global market
2. Build and manage a structured outbound sales pipeline.
3. Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and other digital channels.
4. Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the business leadership team.
5. Maintain disciplined follow-ups and accurate CRM records.
6. Work closely with leadership on account-based sales campaigns and market development.

What We Are Looking For
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Lead Generation / Business Development, preferably in the international market
2. Experience selling to insurance companies, corporates, healthcare organisations, or enterprise clients will be strongly preferred.
3. Robust research, communication and prospecting skills.
4. Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including CXOs, Claims H
