Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites using Python and ROBOT Framework
• Implement and maintain Selenium-based UI automation for web applications
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
• Execute tests on cloud platforms such as Sauce Labs for cross-browser and cross-platform validation
• Perform database validation and testing using SQL and other tools
• Analyze test results, identify root causes,



and report defects with detailed documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks and test coverage
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to automation best practices
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and adaptable work arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in test automation
• Hands-on experience with ROBOT Framework and Selenium
• Experience with Sauce Labs or similar cloud-based test execution platforms
• Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman or REST-assured
• Experience in US healthcare
