Deputy Manager-Interior Design

• Experience Level-8-10 years of experience in interior design.
• Mandatory experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interior projects.
• Qualification-Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through execution across multiple luxury developments.
• Review, refine, and approve design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand project briefs and maintain design intent.
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications in coordination with technical and project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with approved timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Mentor, guide, and manage performance of a team of interior designers.
• Conduct regular design reviews, presentations, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on global design trends, luxury materials, and innovations in interior design.
