Role Overview

As a Vice President in our Merchant Banking division, you will serve as a senior leader responsible for driving complex financial transactions and managing high-stakes client relationships across the capital markets landscape. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of M&A; deals, IPOs, and private equity placements, ensuring seamless execution from origination to closure. Working closely with C-suite executives, institutional investors, and regulatory bodies, you will act as a strategic advisor, shaping the financial trajectory of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our market footprint in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, directly influencing the firm's profitability and reputation as a premier investment banking partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end execution of M&A; and capital market mandates to ensure seamless deal closure and client satisfaction.




• Lead complex financial modeling and valuation exercises to provide robust strategic advice for corporate finance initiatives.
• Manage comprehensive due diligence processes to mitigate risks and protect the firm's interests during high-value transactions.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including promoters, institutional investors, and regulatory authorities, to drive business development.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and documentation for IPOs and other financial offerings to ensure adherence to SEBI and other statutory guidelines.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams by fostering a culture of technical excellence, analytical rigor, and skilled integrity.
• Formulate and execute business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand the firm’s client portfolio in the region.
