Ascendeum seeking a highly proactive and technically fluent Sr Manager of Ad Operations to own the integrity, execution, and continuous optimization of our campaign infrastructure across clients. This role sits at the intersection of client services, media activation, and technical implementation - ensuring that every campaign is properly structured, accurately tracked, and consistently optimized for performance.
Reporting into the VP of Programmatic, this individual will serve as both a strategic operator and hands-on problem solver, responsible for strengthening client trust through flawless execution and rapid resolution of technical issues.

Core Responsibilities:
Client & Cross-Functional Leadership (Upward Management)
• Partner closely with ClientServices and Activation leads to ensure all ad operations components are fully vetted during onboarding and ongoing campaign management
• Proactively identify gaps in tracking, tagging, and implementation before they become client-facing issues




• Strengthen client trust by ensuring operational excellence from the outset of every relationship
• Lead proactive remediation efforts when issues arise, ensuring clear communication, swift resolution, and minimal impact to performance or perception
• Act as a key operational voice in client discussions, helping translate technical execution into explicit, confident client communications

Media Operations & Execution Leadership (Lateral / DownwardManagement)
• Oversee and support media teams in trafficking, tagging, pixel implementation, and campaign setup accuracy
• Ensure proper implementation of tracking structures including pixels, UTMs, conversion events, and platform integrations
• Diagnose and resolve urgent technical issues (e.g.,broken UTMs, misfiring/non firing pixels, reporting discrepancies) with speed and precision
