Role Description
The Channel Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales growth through channel partners and distributors. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with channel partners, monitoring their performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The Channel Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies,
conduct regular market visits, and provide product training and support to partners. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams for pricing, supply, and customer service, addressing partner and customer queries, and preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires tracking competitor activities, gathering market insights, and recommending initiatives to expand market presence for Oswin Ply products.
Position: Channel Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
CTC: ₹10 – ₹16 LPA (based on experience)
Industry: Building Materials (Plywood experience required)
