About the Role

As a Sales Executive at GrowthX Estates, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, understanding clients' property requirements, recommending suitable properties, conducting regular follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills,



a solid understanding of the sales process, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
• Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, investment objectives, and budgets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional property consultations.
• Explain property projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle client objections and provide suitable solutions throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate with clients and assist them through the booking and closure process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
