About the Role
Own end-to-end AR and AP operations for Rassense’s food service business. Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, collections, reconciliations,



TDS compliance, MIS reporting, audits, and process improvements through ERP/SAP. The role protects cash flow, reporting accuracy, statutory compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Success means timely payments, reduced overdue receivables, accurate ledgers, audit readiness, and stronger finance processes. This position is based in Bengaluru and requires travel to various sites for approximately 10–12 days once or twice each month. Only qualified Chartered Accountants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage vendor invoice verification, accounting entries, approvals, advances, debit notes, and ERP/SAP recording for accurate accounts payable processing.
• Plan vendor payments, monitor due dates, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement, operations, and treasury.
