About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Program Manager to work across Business Operations, HR, and Delivery. The role involves supporting ongoing initiatives, improving processes, and working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research to support ongoing initiatives..
• Contribute cross-functionally by enabling new processes, driving tool adoption, and identifying ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support Client Operations and Project Management activities..
• Identify operational gaps and help build structured, repeatable processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.

Requirements





• 2–4 years of experience in Client Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, or a similar role..
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills..
• Robust problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and learn new domains quickly.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets..

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Founder’s Office, Business Operations, or Program Management..
• Exposure to HR or Delivery Operations.
