Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Manager of Engineering, Test Data Management to join our team This innovator will be a player-coach who guides our test data management engineers in the practices and skills to support their teams delivering solutions to delight our customers. The Standard is on a multi-year program to modernize key applications and business systems to provide our customers with the service and peace of mind they expect.



These programs are in flight now, and we are looking for an ideal candidate who is a thought leader, consensus builder and a strong player & coach and builder of teams.

Our team is distributed, which means you will need to be adept at managing remote contributors in multiple time zones. In this role, you will partner with digital delivery, product and architecture teams to understand problems and guide engineers toward effective solutions, using Agile & Lean practices; removing blockers and escalating issues when needed. Work alongside product owners, scrum facilitators, architects, and engineers – and cross-functional partners – to participate in program increment planning and ensure the delivery teams have the skills and capabilities to implement applications that impress our customers.
