About the Role
SANKHLA ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Business Development to lead business development activities for MEP, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Protection, Mechanical/Utility Piping and Industrial Engineering Projects.




The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders, identifying upcoming projects, developing the project pipeline and driving enquiries through negotiation and order conversion.
The role requires strong knowledge of technical B2B project sales, tendering, estimation coordination and industrial project business development, along with the ability to independently manage key accounts and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business development strategies for MEP and Industrial Projects.
· Identify upcoming projects and develop a strong pipeline of prospective business opportunities.
· Develop relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, contractors, builders and project management teams.
· Generate and convert qualified project enquiries.
