Job Description: IT Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager with 10-15+ years of overall IT experience and a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology programs and business transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery across application development, enterprise platforms, digital transformation, cloud modernization, integrations, and technology enablement programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery management capabilities, with experience working across global business and technology teams. This role requires the ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, lead cross-functional teams, oversee project finances, and ensure successful delivery aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
• Lead and deliver medium to large-scale IT projects and transformation initiatives across custom applications, enterprise platforms, cloud technologies,



integrations, automation, and digital solutions.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from business case development through planning, execution, deployment, stabilization, and advantages realization.
• Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational strategy.
• Establish and drive project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, reporting standards, and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Stakeholder & Executive Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders, sponsors, IT leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level status reporting, steering committee presentations, and governance updates.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making through data-driven insights,
