Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Partner Onboarding & Operations Analyst to support partner onboarding, account management, access provisioning, and day-to-day operational activities.
The role involves working closely with partners, sales teams, program managers, and internal operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate partner records across systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with an understanding of partner lifecycle management. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding, ensuring all required information, documentation, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
• Account & Access Management: Facilitate partner account creation, portal access provisioning,



user management, and LMS setup.
• Partner Support: Respond to partner queries, troubleshoot access-related issues, and coordinate resolutions with relevant internal teams.
• Operational Coordination: Act as a liaison between partners, sales leads, program teams, and operations to ensure seamless communication and timely execution.
• Case & Query Management: Track, manage, and resolve operational requests while adhering to established processes and service-level expectations.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate partner records, perform data validation, and support ongoing data quality and improvement initiatives.
• Process Compliance: Follow established business rules, operational guidelines, and governance standards.
• Documentation: Maintain onboarding records, process documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
