Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships across SabbPe’s payment, fintech, and SaaS offerings. The role includes overseeing key client accounts,



understanding their business needs, and aligning SabbPe solutions such as POS integration, cards, EMI, UPI, and payment gateway services to drive adoption and revenue. Day-to-day activities involve regular client meetings, account reviews, coordinating solution implementation with internal technical and product teams, and monitoring service performance. The Key Account Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, handle escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The role also includes identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to sales forecasts, and sharing market insights to support product and business strategy.
