Role Description The Mobiliser role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida,
focused on identifying and engaging prospective learners from local communities. The Mobiliser will conduct outreach through community visits, local events, institutions, and partner organizations to inform individuals about Anudip’s training programs and career opportunities. This role involves counseling potential candidates, explaining course offerings and eligibility, and supporting them through the enrollment process. The Mobiliser will maintain records of outreach activities, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with training center staff to ensure smooth batch formation and attendance. The position may also require building relationships with community leaders, NGOs, and educational institutions to strengthen Anudip’s presence and mobilization efforts in the region.
