About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager with hands-on experience in International IT Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of acquiring international clients, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value business deals for IT and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and online bidding platforms.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire international clients across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and other global markets.
• Sell a wide range of IT and Digital Marketing services, including:
• Website Development
• Mobile App Development




• Custom Software Development
• E-commerce Development
• UI/UX Design
• SEO
• PPC
• Social Media Marketing
• Digital Marketing Solutions
• Handle complete sales life cycle—from lead generation and requirement gathering to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and customer information in CRM.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience for BDE or 3–7 years for BDM in International IT Sales.
• Proven experience in selling IT
