Purpose of the Role

To build, own, and continuously improve the Quality Management System governing every stage of manufacturing at Graspin Industries Limited, from vendor qualification through client certification, ensuring quality is engineered into the process. This is a foundational hire: designing the QMS from the ground up for a greenfield plant with in-house galvanizing,



and building it to the standard a company on an IPO track will eventually need to defend to auditors, exchanges, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS) Ownership

• Own and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification, covering documentation architecture, internal audit calendar, management review process, and surveillance audit readiness
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) across every manufacturing stage, in coordination with Production and QC
• Govern QMS document control, including revision management, controlled distribution, and obsolescence

Process Quality & Capability

• Define process control parameters and acceptance criteria for cutting, punching, drilling, welding, and galvanizing stages
