As an AI Data Modeling Senior Associate you will support client service engagements by analyzing complex data, shaping data models, and turning business needs into clear technical solutions within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. As a Senior Associate you will manage assigned workstreams, apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts, mentor Associates and other junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India,



you will contribute to AI-enabled modeling efforts, interpret feedback from stakeholders, uphold professional and technical standards, and help deliver data-driven deliverables that support Field Service & Operations Modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and structure data models optimized for AI/ML consumption, including embeddings, vector representations, and retrieval

• augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Define schemas for structured and unstructured data feeding into LLM-based systems
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and normalization of source data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business entities into AI-ready data structures
• Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies (vector databases, knowledge graphs, relational stores) for performance and accuracy
