? JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to drive room sales, corporate bookings, group bookings, events, weddings, and other revenue opportunities for the hotel/resort.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, handling enquiries, conducting property visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Generate recent business through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners, event companies, and direct clients.
• Handle hotel/resort enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, online platforms, and other channels.
• Promote room bookings, group stays, corporate packages, weddings, conferences, events, and other hotel services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups with clients.




• Conduct property visits and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new corporate and travel-agent accounts.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, Operations, F&B;, and Events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Negotiate rates and packages with clients within the approved company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales revenue.
• Monitor competitor rates, packages, and market activities.
• Follow up on pending payments and advance bookings.
• Handle guest/client concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management regarding business development activities.
