Do you dissect every app you use, keep a running list of features you wish existed, and want to be the person who gets them built?
We're looking for a product-obsessed engineer to decide what we build next. You'll research how the best B2B and B2C products work across industries, analyze what we've already built, and work with our developers to ship the improvements. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of neuroscience and AI, working on CalmSync, with direct access to the founders and real influence on the roadmap.

About Us

Join us in building a recent generation of wellness technology—where Ancient Wisdom meets AI Neuroscience.

At Basil Health Corporation, we are developing CalmSync™, a one-of-a-kind wellness platform designed to go far beyond simply measuring stress, anxiety, focus, mental fatigue, and other cognitive states. CalmSync seeks to understand the individual, recognize changes in their state of mind,

and intelligently guide them toward appropriate interventions that can help restore balance, clarity, resilience, and performance.

Our vision is to transform wellness from measurement into meaningful action—and ultimately, meaningful purpose. CalmSync brings together modern neuroscience, artificial intelligence, deep personalization, and the timeless insights of ancient wisdom and cognitive practices to address not only how a person feels, but how they can respond and improve. If you are excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, neuroscience, ancient wisdom, wellness, and human potential, we invite you to help us build the future of personalized mental wellness.

Backed by validation from the Indian Army, IIT Kanpur, IIT Mandi, the University of Maryland, and Michigan State University, CalmSync is built for individuals and for organizations across corporate wellness, healthcare, coaching, and public health.
