Job Summary:

FOR YOU MART is hiring a target-oriented Business Development Executive to support two major business verticals:
• Expansion of FOR YOU MART supermarket franchises and outlets.
• Subscription sales of the FOR YOU Team App to retail stores and other business customers.

The selected candidate will generate leads, conduct product and franchise presentations, provide live app demonstrations, qualify prospects, visit proposed locations, convert leads, collect authorised payments, onboard customers and maintain post-sale relationships.




This is a field-sales and inside-sales role with separate targets for franchise conversion and software subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Lead Generation and Conversion
• Generate franchise leads through calls, references, campaigns, market visits and business networks.
• Contact and qualify prospective franchise investors.
• Verify their investment capacity, proposed location, property availability and business interest.
• Present FOR YOU MART’s franchise model, investment requirements and project process.
• Arrange physical or online meetings with qualified investors.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and manage objections professionally.
• Coordinate proposals, KYC documentation, agreements and token payments.
• Achieve monthly franchise meeting, site-visit, proposal and conversion targets.
• Make only authorised commitments and avoid false ROI or income assurances.

2. FOR YOU Team App Subscription Sales
• Identify potential customers for the FOR YOU Team App, including:
