Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Record and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/HRMS or relevant system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.




• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet defined customer service, response time, and quality targets.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams.
• Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good time-management and multitasking skills.
