Build two brands. Learn two very different sides of modern marketing.
We’re looking for a creative person in Goa who probably spends a little too much time noticing good content on Instagram, understands why some Reels make you stop scrolling, and wants to learn how brands actually get built.

• You don’t need years of experience.
• You do need good taste, curiosity, ideas and the willingness to create.
• You’ll work with us across two very different businesses.

Darbari is a D2C men’s jewellery brand. You’ll get hands-on experience with products, shoots, Reels, creators, launches, storytelling, e-commerce and consumer marketing.

Workshore is a product, technology and AI consulting company working with international businesses. You’ll get exposure to B2B marketing, LinkedIn, founder-led content, thought leadership, AI, technology and international campaigns.

One role, two very different marketing environments.

What you’ll actually do
You’ll work with our team to:




• Research trends, brands, creators and interesting content formats
• Brainstorm content ideas for Darbari and Workshore
• Help build weekly and monthly content calendars
• Shoot smartphone-first product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
• Create and edit Reels and short-form videos
• Create simple social creatives using Canva or similar tools
• Write captions, hooks and short-form social copy
• Publish and manage content across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Participate in Darbari product and lifestyle shoots
• Research and coordinate with creators and potential collaborators
• Repurpose existing content into new formats
• Experiment with AI tools for research, ideation and content creation
• Track reach, engagement, watch time and other basic content metrics
• Look at what’s working, what’s not, and suggest what we should try next

As you learn, we’ll give you more ownership over content and campaign
