Understand client requirements, business challenges, and project objectives.
Conduct business analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
Develop business strategies, growth plans, market-entry strategies, and business models.
Prepare detailed project reports, business plans, proposals, presentations, and consulting documents.
Support startups and MSMEs in areas such as business development, revenue generation, market validation, funding readiness, and scaling.
Identify business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for clients.
Work closely with internal teams, founders, entrepreneurs, and external stakeholders.
Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and client requirements.
Support business development by identifying potential consulting opportunities and converting leads into projects.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions.
Provide practical, execution-oriented recommendations rather than only theoretical advice.




Maintain proper documentation and prepare periodic project
status reports

Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, strategy, business development, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Must have successfully completed at least 20 consulting/business projects.
Demonstrated experience working with startups, MSMEs, corporates, educational institutions, or government projects.
Solid understanding of business strategy, market research, financial/business modelling, and project management.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage client interactions and project deliverables.
Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and business presentation tools.
