Role Description The Medical Biller is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end billing cycle for healthcare providers using PangeaEmr’s platform.



Day-to-day tasks include preparing and submitting clean claims to insurance companies, Medicare, and other payers, verifying patient insurance coverage, and following up on outstanding claims. The role also involves reviewing and resolving claim denials, posting payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate use of ICD-10 codes and other billing standards. The Medical Biller collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to clarify documentation, supports revenue cycle optimization, and maintains compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely communication, and proficiency with electronic health record and billing systems.
