About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially driven qualified with hands-on experience in the Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) industry to support business development and market expansion in India.
The ideal candidate will understand how the TIM market operates in practice, including customer requirements, product applications, pricing, supplier relationships, and B2B sales. This is an opportunity to contribute to developing a growing business in a specialized industrial materials segment.

Key Responsibilities• Identify potential customers and business opportunities for TIM products in India.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, electronics manufacturers, distributors and other relevant industry players.
• Identify high-potential products based on market demand, customer requirements, competition and commercial viability.
• Help evaluate product pricing, market positioning and prevailing industry margins.
• Explore sourcing opportunities with Indian and international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Support customer acquisition,



business development and long-term account development.
• Advise on customer requirements, product specifications, vendor approvals and qualification processes.
• Identify opportunities across thermal gap fillers, thermal putties, thermal pads, greases, gels and thermally conductive potting compounds.

Target IndustriesEVs and battery packs, battery energy storage systems (BESS), power electronics, inverter and charger manufacturers, electronics manufacturing, industrial electronics and semiconductor-related applications.

Who Should Apply?• Professionals with 3+ years of experience in TIMs or closely related thermal management or electronic materials.
