Job Description:
A Project Manager for the Qualified Services team oversees the entire Pipefy’s implementation project lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. This person is responsible for risk management, timeline management, and clear communication with internal teams, partners and customers.
This is a customer-facing role.
Main Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to delivery and post-implementation review.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated and timelines are met.
• Product Knowledge & Troubleshooting: Leverage a deep understanding of the company’s product to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation. Act as a point of escalation for any technical concerns that arise during the project.
• Risk Management: Create and execute mitigation plans to address and minimize risks throughout the project. Proactively identify potential obstacles and take steps to avoid them before they impact the project timeline.
• Customer & Internal Communication: Establish a clear escalation process to address critical issues promptly and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to both internal teams and customer stakeholders at all levels—including frontline leaders, managers, directors, and exec
