We are looking for an experienced Induction & BGV Manager to own and drive the end-to-end new joiner experience, employee onboarding, induction programs, and background verification (BGV) operations.

The ideal candidate will be strong in HR operations, BGV management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, MIS/reporting, and process improvement.

? Key Responsibilities
1. Recent Joiner Induction
• Own the end-to-end induction program for new employees.
• Plan and conduct Day 1 induction sessions.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, Business and other stakeholders.
• Ensure new joiners receive a structured introduction to the organization, culture, values, policies and processes.
• Coordinate business/project-specific orientation.

2. Background Verification (BGV) Operations
• Manage the complete BGV process from initiation to closure.
• Ensure BGV is initiated and completed within defined timelines.




• Monitor verification checks as per organizational requirements.
• Manage BGV vendors and track turnaround time, quality and SLA adherence.
• Review and track BGV reports, discrepancies and pending cases.

3. BGV Exception & Discrepancy Management
• Identify and categorize adverse/discrepant BGV cases.
• Coordinate with HR, Business, Legal and Compliance teams for appropriate review and disposition.
• Facilitate employee clarification and supporting documentation wherever required.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for BGV decisions.

4. Pre-Joining & Onboarding
• Ensure completion of pre-joining documentation and mandatory declarations.
• Track pending documents and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate joining formalities with Recruiters and HRBPs.
• Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to Day 1.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Admin, Security and Business teams to ensure Day 1 readiness.
