We are seeking a Chief Business Officer Online to own one consolidated India online business result. This is a domestic business building role covering D2C, ecommerce, quick commerce, new brand incubation, new product commercialisation, customer growth, operations and the leadership system behind them. International commerce sits outside the core mandate.

Build and run the India online business from consumer demand through operating profit and realised cash. Set the commercial plan, allocate capital and inventory, grow customer value, launch new brands and products, raise operating reliability and build accountable leaders who can scale the business without routine founder intervention. The first phase is to establish the verified India baseline, assign one accountable owner to every channel and function, confirm platform and agency access, lock the trading and inventory plan, and remove dependence on individual operators
