Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically proficient Junior Architect to support the design, documentation and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects across Mumbai and the MMR region. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring alignment between approved designs and on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities• Prepare and modify architectural layouts, working drawings, elevations and sections using AutoCAD.
• Assist in design development, detailing and architectural documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Review GFC drawings and support drawing-related site coordination.
• Conduct site visits to verify site conditions and resolve drawing-related issues.




• Assist in preparing drawings for statutory approvals.
• Maintain drawing revisions and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support senior architects in design development and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications• B.Arch from a recognized institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in architecture or real estate.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Good understanding of architectural working drawings, GFC drawings and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial projects and Mumbai/MMR development regulations will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Position: Draftsman / Document Controller
Location: Bandra / Vikhroli, Mumbai
Experience: 8–10 Years CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting or related field
