Key Responsibilities1. Greenfield Setup & Plant Operations• Lead the end-to-end setup of the manufacturing facility from greenfield phase, site layout design, and machinery foundation to final commissioning and commercial production.
• Direct daily shop-floor operations, overseeing CNC turning, VMC machining, heavy welding, cutting, fitting, and grinding operations.




• Formulate production schedules, monitor operational throughput, and optimize machine uptime (OEE) to meet volume and delivery targets.

2. Project Management, Erection & Cross-Functional Delivery• Oversee the complete lifecycle of structural and PEB projects, integrating fabrication timelines with on-site erection schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across structural design, procurement, logistics, and site engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Spearhead talent acquisition and team building across production, quality, and maintenance functions; mentor supervisory staff and optimize workforce planning.

3. Strategic Operations & Process Excellence• Formulate and execute long-term operational roadmaps aligned with corporate growth targets.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing frameworks, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to boost productivity and reduce cycle times.
