Project Description:
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong Investment Banking Operations domain expertise to join our team. You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business teams to document current ("as-is") processes across Operations functions, with a focus on enabling future-state automation.
• Support operating model finalisation by mapping end-to-end workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
• Lead process improvement projects from a business analysis perspective, understanding pain points, engaging stakeholders, and driving outcomes.
• Create test scenarios to validate process changes and automation implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Technology, Operations) to translate business needs into clear,



actionable requirements. Formal BRD creation is not mandatory, with the emphasis on practical documentation that enables execution.
• Identify and champion automation opportunities within BAU processes, recognising that operational teams are often too capacity-constrained to drive this themselves.
• Maintain a platform-agnostic mindset. The role is about understanding what needs to change, not how a specific tool implements it.

Mandatory Skills Description:
• 5+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst / Process Analyst role.
• Robust Investment Banking experience is a must, with hands-on exposure to Operations, Trade Life Cycle, and post-trade processes, including all F-2-B areas of the bank.
