OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
To provide technical architecture including front-end, web services, middle-tier, and back-end for customer-facing Web, Android and iOS mobile platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a Project Manager/ Scrum Master for Digital, Mobile apps + Web projects
• Oversee research initiatives on UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide digital product design and development strategies.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify strategic opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Drive innovation by facilitating ideation sessions and reviewing UI/UX and technical enhancement proposals aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and design systems to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term product and technology roadmap.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements in front-end technologies, design principles, and accessibility standards to inform strategic decision-making.




• Review and consolidate research findings into strategic recommendations and presentations to support product development planning and decision-making.
• Oversee usability testing and user feedback analysis to ensure continuous improvement of UI/UX and technical performance.
• Support Deployment of completed systems or Enhancements to existing systems
• Ensure robust quality assurance processes are in place by coordinating the development and execution of comprehensive test plans.
• Coordinate the development, testing and roll-out of system changes in agile delivery mode.
• Support any project/enhancement through the entire lifecycle, from idea to design, implementation to QA testing, and eventually deployment and support.
• Support project success tracking, based on predefined metrics and criteria, through post-implementation to ensure business case realization
• Coordinate among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives for the Apps for our Omni-Channel and Member Mark
