Summary:
The System Integration Tester (SIT) plays a critical role in executing comprehensive testing activities for System Integration, ensuring alignment with established best practices and organizational objectives concerning delivery, quality, and costs. This role is integral in verifying that hardware and software components function cohesively within the automotive systems.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct system integration tests for all components including HW, Mechanics, Optics, SW, and Calibration based on product architecture.
• Create and execute system integration test patterns according to defined strategies and testing standards.
• Design, review, and execute test cases for Hardware-Software Interface aligned with architecture requirements.
• Execute test cases for Technical Safety Concepts under ISO26262 requirements.
• Define system integration automation test strategies within an internally specified test environment.
• Review and ensure testability of the System Architecture Design.
• Maintain traceability from System Architecture to Integration Test Cases.
• Specify the necessary test workplace and instrumentation for executing test cases.
• Generate and document test reports following Forvia Standards.
• Analyze reuse opportunities within the testing scope.
• Report and manage System Integration defects, tracking their resolution effectively.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical.
• 4 to 6 years’ experience in Infotainment System, Cluster, or ADAS Validation.
• Solid understanding of key automotive system areas: Hardware, Software, Mechanics, Optics, and Diagnostics.
• Knowledge of product architecture (Infotainment, Cluster, ADAS).
• Familiarity with ASPICE, Agile methodologies, and ISO26262 standards.
• Experience with technical planning, including the use of Oscilloscope, Pico-scope, and multimeter.
• Ability to analyze Hardware schematics.
